Our customers’ satisfaction is important to us….so please read our shipping policies carefully before making your purchase.

Our products are sourced throughout Canada, USA, and Asia and are dispatched directly from our international suppliers’ warehouses; therefore we appreciate your patience in allowing at least approx 16-29 business days for delivery to Canada by epacket and approx 12-20 business days for delivery to USA by epacket as well as 3-5 business days handling time.

HANDLING TIME: Our orders are always processed within 3-5 business days and are expedited directly from our suppliers through trusted shipping services immediately following your payment clearance.

SHIPPING TIME: approx 16-29 business days for delivery to Canada by epacket and approx 12-20 business days for delivery to USA by epacket

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and/or Military addresses

Combined shipping options are not provided at this time.

We cannot guarantee the above delivery time frame if postal services experience unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, customs, and/or other conditions out of our control.

International addresses OUTSIDE of continental USA & Canada may experience delays in delivery time.

Customs/duty/taxes may or may not apply, however you will be responsible for any additional taxes and/or custom duty incurred.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays/failures related to your country’s customs policies/duties and laws.

Return Policy

For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 7 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or paypal account again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer you a 7 Day 100% Return Policy on any item you receive that has been damaged.

Earrings are not returnable and are non-refundable for hygienic reasons.

Please be sure this is the item you want before you purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please email us at admin@kittijewelry.com within the 7 day period and let us know that you’d like to return your defective purchase.

We will give you instructions on how to do that and issue you a refund based on our return policy terms stated above.

Our inventory is always changing and it’s impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all stock at all times. Sometimes our suppliers also will turn up short.

In the event that an item you purchase is sold out, back-ordered or due to any other unanticipated shortage, we will promptly contact you and issue you a 100% refund of your purchase price.
