Shipping, Handling & Delivery

Our customers’ satisfaction is important to us….so please read our shipping policies carefully before making your purchase.

Our products are sourced throughout Canada, USA, and Asia and are dispatched directly from our international suppliers’ warehouses; therefore we appreciate your patience in allowing at least 20-30 business days for delivery by epacket (4.95 per item) or free shipping 30-60 business days for delivery, plus 3-5 business days for handling time.

HANDLING TIME: Our orders are always processed within 3-5 business days and are expedited directly from our suppliers through trusted shipping services immediately following your payment clearance.


Most times you will receive your order within 20-30 business days for e-packet shipping $4.95 per item.

We do also offer FREE shipping but please be aware it can take 30-60 business days to be delivered and there is no tracking number.


We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and/or Military addresses

Combined shipping options are not provided at this time.

We cannot guarantee the above delivery time frame if postal services experience unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, customs, and/or other conditions out of our control.

International addresses OUTSIDE of continental USA & Canada may experience delays in delivery time.

Return Policy

We offer you a 7 Day 100% Return Policy on any item you receive that has been damaged.

Earrings are not returnable and are non-refundable for hygienic reasons.

In cases of buyer’s remorse, mistaken order or an unwanted item, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Items will need to be returned to our location in Canada. Customs/duty/taxes may or may not apply, however you will be responsible for any additional taxes and/or custom duty incurred.

Our inventory is always changing and it’s impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all stock at all times. Sometimes our suppliers also will turn up short.
